Ms. Keating has over 18 years of experience ranging from assisting and processing contractor payroll to Labor Compliance Officer on various private, state and federally funded Public Works projects in association with Caltrans, the San Diego Association of Governments, the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority’s Terminal Development project, the City of Rancho Cordova, the City of Del Mar and SR 125 South Bay Expressway Toll Road. In addition, Ms. Keating has conducted in-depth Prevailing Wage Training Workshops for these entities as well as the Oakland CMAA, the AGC of SD and Riverside Counties and the CCBE.
