CCBE Members:

It has been a week since we launched our New Construction Connection Daily Email. We are happy to report that we have heard a lot of great comments from our members. Just like any other time we roll out a new service, we are still receiving phone calls from some members who are having trouble, so we want to take this opportunity to clarify a few things.

1) We will NOT be sending out the Morning Joe anymore. The Construction Connection is taking the place of the Morning Joe.

2) The Construction Connection DOES contain the Projects Bidding Today, New Plan Arrivals and New Addenda. You can get to this information by clicking on the appropriate tabs at the top of the Construction Connection (See below). You will then enter your username and password (same that you use to log on to the Online Planroom or Members Area of our website), then click on the link for that particular day. This will then bring up the project information for that day.

3) If you are NOT receiving the Construction Connection please contact our office to ensure that we have your email address in our new system as we changed mass email providers when we launched the Construction Connection.

4) If we have your email in the new system and you are still not receiving the Construction Connection you may need to make sure that BOTH www.cencalbx.com and www.magnetmail.net are white listed as your SPAM filter may be preventing the delivery of the message. Again, CCBE changed mass email providers when we launched the Construction Connection.

5) The Construction Connection not only contains the Projects Bidding Today, New Plan Arrivals and New Addenda it also contains the other information that was published in CCBE's E-News. It is CCBE's plan to stop producing the E-News pdf newsletter at the end of January. We will continue to produce the E-News for the next few weeks to allow time for our members to adjust to the changes.

6) The contents for the Construction Connection are available in the Members Area of our website to allow for easy accessing and review of archived information.

We are confident that CCBE's Construction Connection will provide our members with all CCBE's information in a simple user friendly electronic format that will allow us to reach more members quickly and efficiently in one dynamic publication.

We appreciate your support during this transition period. Please do not hesitate to contact our office to assist you ensuring that you are getting CCBE's Construction Connection.

THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA BUILDERS EXCHANGE BRINGS 7,360 PROJECTS TO ITS MEMBERS IN 2010!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA BUILDERS EXCHANGE BRINGS 7,360 PROJECTS TO ITS MEMBERS IN 2010!

FRESNO, CALIF. - JANUARY 3RD 2011 - The Central California Builders Exchange (CCBE) understands that the construction sector has been hit harder than almost any other in the U.S. Economy. CCBE recognized how this economy of scale has affected many of it's Members throughout Central California and has made every attempt to bring more work to the local industry.

In 2010 CCBE advertised 7,360 projects for it's Membership. That is an average of more than 613 unique projects each month. This is more than twice as many projects than any other construciton association in the State of California. The Central Valley is a broad territory and one that is vital to the economic status of the entire State.

Roxanne Greenwood, Executive Director of the Central California Builders Exchange had this to say when asked about growth in project leads, "We cater to our Members and they need us now more than ever to support them in any way we can. Our answer to the current economy was to bring more value to our Members through increased project leads." She went on to say, "Our Members join to gain value for their businesses, the best way for our association to bring that value is to provide a higher percentage of return on Membership Dues."

The Central California Builders Exchange attributes having dedicated staff personnel to search out projects while also taking the time to manage and build relationships with plan providers throughout the territory to their continued success in providing project leads.
