Fall Protection Competent Person Certification
In the construction industry in the U.S., falls are the leading cause of worker fatalities. Each year, on average, between 150 and 200 workers are killed and more than 100,000 are injured as a result of falls at construction sites. In 2010 Fall Protection violations were #2 in OSHA’s Top 10 Violations with 7,559 cited violations.

This course is designed for individuals responsible for using and inspecting personal fall arrest systems at the “competent person” level. The training provides experience, methodology, hands-on applications and an in-depth look at the regulations (Cal/OSHA) and standards (ANSI).
